EVENT DETAILS:
This week’s Event is called GROUNDED STORM. It will begin on THURSDAY, MARCH 14 and run until MONDAY, MARCH 18.

Titan Details:
This week’s Event features URKON, the 4* Earth (Ragnar) Guardian. Previously only available as a possible drop from the 10,000 Divine Gems Altar (along with Auria), Urkon has a special skill in Slot 1 called “Urkon’s Shield”, which (at Titan Level 20) grants +30% Base Titan Damage, Health and Resistance To All Elements. Urkon’s other Skills HAVE BEEN CHANGED. He still primarily boosts Goliaths, but he now has three Tier II Goliath Defensive Skills and one Goliath Defensive X Skill. (More info below in the Q&A).
URKON’s SKILLS:
Slot 1: +20% Base Titan Damage, Health, All Elemental Resist (30% Max)
Slot 2: Goliath Defensive Tier II Skill
Slot 3: Goliath Defensive Tier II Skill
Slot 4: Goliath Defensive Tier II Skill
Slot 5: Goliath Defensive X Skill
Urkon is available for 14k Souls.
(Note from SteelSpine: The Devs said Urkon will provide a 1.4x Soul Bonus for “a special Event next week”. They did NOT specifically say that it would be Zeus next week - but they giggled and laughed and seemed to hint that it would be).

It is (as of right now) a SOLO LEADERBOARD EVENT (also known as an Individual War Event); prizes will be awarded to all Players according to their personal (solo/individual) Ranking at the end of the Event. (THIS MAY CHANGE).

1st Place: Level 50 Urkon.
2nd Place: L40 Urkon
3rd: L30 Urkon
4-5: L25 Urkon

In addition to a Guardian Takeover at the Temple, there will also be a special NEW Titan XP POTION Relic in this Event called “URKON’S NOTES”. Urkon’s Notes have ONE USE and are ONLY able to be equipped by EARTH GUARDIANS. They will be available during the Event in the Temple and in the Event Rewards.
URKON’S NOTES STATS:
2* Urkon’s Notes will grant 4,000 Titan XP.
3* Urkon’s Notes will grant 15,000 Titan XP.
4* Urkon’s Notes will grant 40,000 Titan XP (Also grants +100% Titan Earth Damage and +100% Goliath Damage).

QUESTIONS and ANSWERS:
Question (Q) from a Player: Will we be able to get doubles of a certain Resist from Urkon’s Skills?
Answer (A) from a Developer: Since all three of his Goliath Skills are Tier II, NO, you will not get doubles of any particular skill. (IMPORTANT NOTE from SteelSpine: The ORIGINAL version of Urkon - from the 10k Divine Gem Altar - had a chance to roll Tier I, Tier II and/or Tier III Goliath Resist To Melee, which made it possible to roll an Urkon that made Goliaths almost completely impervious to Melee Damage (or 100% Resistant to Melee when equipped with the 4* Head of Mimir Relic) IT SOUNDS TO ME like the Devs are confirming with this answer that Urkon will NOT be able to roll near-perfect Resist To Melee, because he’ll only be capable of rolling ONE of those Skills. I could be wrong, but this SEEMS to be the case).
Q: Will Urkon be the only 1.4x Boost Titan for next week’s “special Event”?
A: As of right now, yes. There will be also be a 1.3x Boost Titan, but as of now Urkon will be the only 1.4x booster.
Q: Will next week be Conquest?
A: NO, next week will be an Alliance Leaderboard Event. The week after that, though, will probably be a Conquest Event (around March 28-29).
Q: Any new Troop types coming?
A: “I don’t know. Maybe!”. (This answer was very tongue-in-cheek. The Devs have all but confirmed that the are working on a new Troop type at this point). The Devs also said “Storm Maidens will not be the last new Troop”.
Q: Can you bring back the old Avalos (the one with Elemental Resists)?
A: He doesn’t really fit in the new Meta, so I don’t think that will happen.
Q: What about Poseidon? Will we see him again?
A: Yes, Poseidon will be in an Event again. He will return sooner rather than later.
Q: Any changes coming to the Leagues?
A: We’re working on improvements, but no news on that front right now.
Q: Is Dionysus coming back to an Event?
A: We still want to bring him back sometime, but not sure when. Definitely not before Poseidon, in any case.
Q: We need Relic Fusion Events!!
A: We are still thinking about what to do about Fusion Events. No news yet, but we might have something for you in the future.
Q: Can you add an icon on each Relic showing which Element they boost?
A: We’re working on improvements to Relic filtering, but some Relics are more than one Element so I don’t think we’ll be able to do that. We are working on a Rarity Filter, so you can look at only 3* Relics, 4*, etc.
Q: Any changes to End Of Season prizes?
A: We’re working on that right now, actually. We’ll let you know when there’s more news.
Q: Does Lightning Resist work against Lightning Spells, too, or only vs Titan and Troop Damage?
A: YES, Lightning Resist should work against Spells. If it doesn’t, then that’s a bug - not a feature.
Q: Is Imperials Armor working? It doesn’t seem to be taking off Damage correctly.
A: No, there is a bug with Imperial Armor currently. We are working on a fix, and it will be in either Version 1.31 or 1.32.
Q: Idea for the Monument XP Event: Add Titans from all six elements, along with possibly high level Titans.
A: That’s actually along the lines of what we are thinking about doing in the future. It also ties in with Leagues - we would like to make it so the higher League you are in, the better Rewards that are available to you. We’re thinking about doing something like that, yeah. (This was a pretty confusing Q and A).
Q: How about a “Titan XP Bank” for when you are using a maxed out Titan?
A: We’re hearing that a lot. We think it’s a very good idea, actually.

The Devs said Urkon would provide a 1.4x Soul Boost for “an upcoming Special Event next week”. (They didn’t say exactly what this Event would be, but it SOUNDS TO ME like it will almost certainly be Zeus based on them calling it “a shockingly good Event” and “electrifying”).

NEXT WEEK:
MONDAY (probably): There will be another “Monument XP”. (Note from SteelSpine: Hopefully the Devs tweaked it a bit. The last one was.. ugh.)

The Devs said we can “expect to receive something special on St. Patrick’s Day”. Saint Patrick’s Day will be Sunday, March 17. They didn’t say what it would be, but they did say “don’t get your hopes up too much, guys. It is free stuff”.

The Devs said next week they will definitely debut the newest Avatars (player portraits) during the LiveStream, and “hopefully let the players vote on which ones make it into the game”.

There will be “a special Event” next week, probably starting on Thursday (although the Devs did not say which day). The Devs didn’t say exactly what it would be - but they called it “shockingly good”, so it SOUNDS like it will be Zeus.
