This week’s EVENT DETAILS:
This week’s Event is called TITANBRAWL.
It features the Champion-Skilled version of JALDARG, the 4* Ragnar Ranger - also known as “ChampDawg”, “ChampDarg”, “GlitchDarg” or “Jaldarg: Special Edition”. This particular version of Jaldarg was a mistake that was accidentally released a while ago - and the Devs originally said they would never bring him back. But because he won the Titan Brawl tournament, he’s being reintroduced this week. “ChampDawg” has all of the Skills you would normally associate with a Champion Titan - but they are on a Ranger Titan, making him a much beefier (and more resistant) Ranger than usual.
This week’s Event will begin on THURSDAY, DECEMBER 13 and run until MONDAY, DECEMBER 17.

QUESTIONS and ANSWERS:
Question (Q) from a Player: Will we see a return of the “Trials of Power” event?
Answer (A) from a Developer: We are working on something related to “Trials of Power” for early next year. Stay tuned!
Q: Any chance the Greek Relics will be available again in the future?
A: I’m sure at some point we’ll see the Greek Relics again. (Note: one of the Devs said “very soon” - so it may not be too long).
Q: Will we see Poseidon again soon?
A: No, not anytime soon. Sorry.
Q: Any decision on Relic storage?
A: We get asked this a lot - the answer is still, unfortunately, no. It’s a tech issue more than anything - we’ve found that some devices will crash if they have to store the information for much more than 500 Relics at a time. Sorry about that.
Q: Will we see a Titan Fusion Event soon?
A: YES, there will be a FUSION EVENT on MONDAY.
Q: Why aren’t the boost Relics from this week’s Theaters of War working? Why isn’t Loki providing a Soul Bonus?
A: We are aware of both of these issues - and we will fix them immediately. Both should be fixed within an hour of the end of this stream. (Should be fixed by the time you read this).
Q: Can we hold on to the Brawler Token from this Event, and use it during a future Event?
A: NO, it will only work until sometime on Monday. Please use it as soon as you can - if you don’t use it, you’ll lose it.
Q: Can we have info on what Titan attacked our Garrisons?
A: We’re actually working on something like that right now. We’d like to see it in version 1.30 - but we aren’t sure if it will be ready by then. In any case, it’s something we’ve considered and something we’re definitely looking at.
Q: Can you do something about the game closing when you try to drag spells on an IPhone X?
A: We are aware of this issue - it has to do with the “bar” that Apple put on the screen on the bottom of the iPhone X. We’ve already moved the Spell Icons further up, so it shouldn’t happen as often anymore - but if it keeps happening we’ll look into making further changes. Unfortunately it’s a tricky one to solve because it’s happening exclusively on the iPhone X.
Q: Not a question here, but a tip from a player on the LiveStream: If you use an iPhone and are subject to the bug where your screen does not allow you to tap things in-game, try shaking your phone. It’s weird, but it works. (Note from SteelSpine: I’ve also noticed that if you return to your home screen and then reopen the game without fully closing it, that usually fixes no-tap errors as well).
Q: Any changes to Season Rewards?
A: We are having conversations “behind the scenes” about making changes to the Rewards available at the end of each Season. We haven’t finalized anything yet - but if we do make changes, look for something to possibly happen during the first few months of 2019.
Q: Will you give us the ability to upgrade two troops at one time?
A: We have no plans to do this at the moment. But we might take a fresh look at this in the future.
Q: Any changes coming to Resist vs Ranged?
A: We have a long-term “fix” we’re working on, but we aren’t really ready to discuss details yet. Look for something in the future, though.
Q: Can we get an x-skilled Champion Titan? Old school Champions aren’t keeping up with the other classes.
A: (laughing from the Devs, followed by): You should tune into next week’s LiveStream. You might find what we have planned to be very interesting!

TEASERS and OTHER INFORMATION:
The Devs said they are currently testing out new Rewards for player level-ups. They said the goal is to give “slightly better rewards” when you increase your player level. They plan to roll out these changes to the full playerbase after testing is completed.
There have been even more changes to the early game (including the tutorial), in order to make progression a bit easier for new players.
The Devs mentioned they have plans to make the rewards for Theaters of War “better” - and they plan on “expanding” Theaters of War. No other details regarding exactly what this means - stay tuned. (Note from SteelSpine: Hopefully they’ll bring back 3* and/or 4* Titans as possible drops during ToW Events. I really miss that).

NEXT WEEK:
MONDAY: There will be a TITAN FUSION EVENT, beginning on Monday and running until early Wednesday morning.
WEDNESDAY: There will be a Temple Event, featuring a chance to get an all-new Titan: MORGAR. Morgar is a 4* Ragnar Champion. Look for an in-game message on Wednesday detailing Morgar’s stats. According to the Devs, this Titan will give a 1.4x Soul Bonus during one of the upcoming events.
WEDNESDAY: There will be a “super sized” version of the LiveStream on Wednesday next week. The Devs said this will be the last LiveStream of the year, so it will include details for all of the events through January 4th. (Note from SteelSpine: I’ll include all of the info for the upcoming Events in next week’s Recap).

A note regarding our LINE CHAT ROOM: My buddy Amoney has decided to take a break from the game, so if you sent him a message last week and he didn’t reply that’s why. I’m going to ask for a couple of volunteers to help moderate the room and add new members - I’ll include updated information on how to find us in next week’s Recap. Amoney’s break from the game was pretty unexpected, so I hadn’t really planned for it. Sorry about that!
