Sounds a bit like a heavily modified Alliance-based version of Conquest, to be honest. Pretty cool setup. Hopefully the Devs will listen to our feedback next week and make whatever improvements we recommend. If they do, this could wind up being a really fun addition to the game - providing they don’t make it too expensive to participate in. (NOTE: Just based on the info provided below, I personally hope they add more interesting Rewards. Having this type of Event basically be an “add on” for the weekly Alliance Leaderboard Event seems like a straight up money grab to me. If a higher Level Titan, one or two good Relics and a handful more Relic Shards or Titan XP Relics (or maybe 250-300 Divine Gems) were included, I think this could be a nice little “give back” to the players - without hurting the Devs’ pocketbooks. I’d also like to see the Devs turn on the “guaranteed triple drops”, like they do during Conquest; that would be a nice way to encourage more people to play, and wouldn’t effect the overall game that much).

Get ready for a new Event coming to Dawn of Titans on Monday 6th April!
Raid Boss Events are finally here! This new event type requires you and your Alliance to work together to deal damage to a Raid Boss Titan over a number of levels of increasing difficulty, in order to win powerful Rewards for everyone in your Alliance.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
To participate in the event, you must be CASTLE LEVEL 10 (or higher) and you must be in an Alliance.
During the Raid Boss Event, you and your Alliance members will be tasked with battling against a formidable, uniquely-skilled Titan on a dynamic battlefield, with Invoke effects, spells and reinforcements standing in your way.
For each battle, the amount of damage you deal to the Raid Boss Titan’s health gets converted into Points, which are then added to an Alliance Total.
Once your Alliance reaches a certain number of points, the Plinth Level of the Raid Boss will increase, triggering a tougher battle and a new Points total to reach before unlocking the next level.
The Points required to complete each level are:
PLINTH LEVEL 1: 150,000 Points
PLINTH LEVEL 2: 600,000 Points
PLINTH LEVEL 3: 1,500,000 Points
PLINTH LEVEL 4: 3,750,000 Points
PLINTH LEVEL 5: 5,500,000 Points

REWARDS
Rewards for participating in a Raid Boss event are granted at the end of the event. They are given to all players in the Alliance that met the entry requirements (Castle Level 10 and in an Alliance) and achieved at least one Point whilst the event was live. No rewards (aside from battle drops) are given out whilst the event is active.
Players receive rewards for each level their Alliance manages to defeat whilst the event is active. For example, if your Alliance reaches Plinth Level 4, but does not complete that level before the event ends, you will receive rewards for Plinth Level 1, 2 and 3.
Upon conclusion of the event, rewards will appear in each player’s Treasure Room, ready for collection.

THIS WEEK’S RAID BOSS (BETA) – ZEUS, LORD OF OLYMPUS
Please note: this first Raid Boss Event is a Beta launch, and as such, the rewards, scoring, difficulty and values are not necessarily final, and may be subject to change before the event goes live, or prior to subsequent Raid Boss Events that follow this Beta.

Zeus, angered by the shift in power since the arrival of the new Gods, descends from his throne on Mount Olympus to reestablish his reign over the Shattered Kingdoms.
With power never-before-seen, Zeus enters the battlefield with the ability to increase his own strength as his health depletes.
Zeus utilizes the power of INVOKE skills to increase his strength in battle as you deal damage to his health. At various intervals, he invokes the power of the Heavens to call in reinforcements, cast lightning spells, resist spells cast upon him and increase his own stats with the WRATH OF ZEUS. As Zeus’ Health decreases, he gains more Titan Armor Piercing, Titan Lightning Damage and Titan Resist Against Melee.

Alliance Rewards:
Raid Boss event rewards are centered around giving maximum boosts for upcoming leaderboard events.
In the Zeus Raid Boss Beta, the Top Reward is a 4-STAR LEVEL 10 JALDARG.
JALDARG is the Top Boost Titan (Chosen Titan of 1.4x) for the Lithotaur Alliance War starting Thursday 9th April. Alongside him will be Boost Relics (Earthly Candles) that provide increased numbers of Souls gained per battle for the Lithotaur Alliance War. (NOTE from SteelSpine: Lithotaur will almost certainly be a Goliath Summoning version of Minotaur).
