There was no LiveStream again this week due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic. Our last LiveStream - and last Q&A session - with the Devs was on February 27th.

EVENT DETAILS:
This week’s Event will be called TUSK & HIDE. It will begin on THURSDAY, JUNE 25 and run until MONDAY, JUNE 29.

Titan Details:
This week’s Event features the return of two “Boar” Titans: SNOWGORE and FLAMEHIDE. Both have been Reskilled for this Event. Their original versions were “classic Champions”, with Skills that only boosted the Titan. SNOWGORE now boosts the effectiveness Imperials, Freeze Spells and his own Stats, while FLAMEHIDE now boosts himself, Grenadiers and Fireball Spells.
SNOWGORE’s new SKILLS:
Slot 1: +117% Titan, Troop Health. +180% Titan Damage X. +3 Freeze Spells.
Slot 2: +200% Titan Armor Piercing. +88% Imperial Armor.
Slot 3: +117% Titan Health. +44% Titan Critical. +50% Freeze Spell Duration. +50% Freeze Spell Radius.
Slot 4: +30% Titan Melee Resist. +117% Imperial Health
Slot 5: +88% Titan Armor. +50% Imperial Melee Resist. +2 Freeze Spells. +300% Freeze Spell Damage.
Prestige Skill (at Level 10): +80% Base Titan Damage & Health. +50% Titan Elemental Damage on Defense. On Enemy Unit death, +10% Titan Damage & Armor (Max 5).
SNOWGORE will be available for 10k Souls.

FLAMEHIDE’s new SKILLS:
Slot 1: +180% Titan, Troop Fire Damage. +117% Titan Health. +3 Fireball Spells.
Slot 2: +88% Titan Armor. +300% Grenadier Damage.
Slot 3: +200% Titan Armor Piercing. +30% Titan Ranged Resist. +200% Fireball Spell Damage.
Slot 4: +180% Titan Damage. +88% Grenadier Armor Piercing.
Slot 5: +44% Titan Critical. +30% Titan Melee Resist. +2 Fireball Spells. +50% Fireball Spell Radius.

CHANGES TO BOOST RELICS:
The Devs have FINALLY done something about the “Conquest Relic” exploit, which has been allowing Players to enhance their attacking Troop Stats to ridiculous numbers for the last few months. The following message was posted on the Official DoT Blog today:
“Recent community content, discussion, and feedback highlighted an issue with Conquest and Assault Boost Relics.
It was determined that a small number of players were using various hacks and exploits with these Relics when attacking other players to gain an unfair advantage.
With immediate effect, we have removed the Titan and Troop buffs from Conquest and Assault Boost Relics.
We always strive to ensure that Dawn of Titans is balanced and fair, so we are currently investigating the technical aspects of a longer-term solution. Thank you for your patience, and to the community for bringing this issue to our attention.”
(Note from SteelSpine: Hopefully the Devs will come up with a more permanent solution for this issue and reinstate the Troop Health and Troop Damage buffs to Conquest and Assault Boost Relics. They aren’t a huge help to Castle L25 Players, but I would imagine they are immensely helpful for newer Players and Players who don’t have a wide variety of 4* Relics to choose from or who aren’t yet maxed out. If any more info is posted, I’ll be sure to report it in the Recap).

NEXT TWO WEEKS:
MONDAY, 29 JUNE until TUESDAY, 30 JUNE: A SPELLCRAFT Event (discount on Spells and Spell Upgrades).
MONDAY, 29 JUNE until THURSDAY, 2 JULY: A CONQUEST Event featuring the return of POSEIDON will take place. (Note: No information was given regarding whether or not Poseidon will be Re-skilled for this Event, but the past few Events that featured returning Greek Gods did NOT have their Skills changed).
THURSDAY, 2 JULY: Another Leaderboard Event begins. This one will be called “Resurrection”. (Note from SteelSpine: No further details were given, but the name of this Event suggests that it MAY POSSIBLY feature Reskilled Titans - or, as a few Players pointed out to me this week, it could possibly feature the return of Osiris. This is only speculation on my part, though - we likely won’t know for sure until July 1).

MONDAY, 6 JULY: A PORTAL SURGE Event (discount on purchasing Portal Stones).
MONDAY, 6 JULY until THURSDAY, 9 JULY: A RELIC FESTIVAL (Temple Altar Event) will take place. It will be called “ARTIFACTS OF THE DEAD”.
THURSDAY, 9 JULY: Another Leaderboard Event begins. It will be called “THE MISTRESS OF DREAD”. No further information is available at this time.

Shoutout to “smellypoo”, who informed me that the Staff of Earth was previously available in one Event: an Individual Leaderboard Event back on January 6 called “Earthly Relics”. (It wasn’t in my notes because that Event took place before the Devs started giving us info for the early week “mini Relic Events” during the weekly LiveStream). Nice job noticing the error - thanks for the correction! :-)

I hope they have also lowered the difficulty of conquest. as you said a lot of us depend on the relics buff to play. another thing they could do is to increase the amount of souls we get from using the relics. its no way fair to us if the remove and dont add to level out the challenge.
